Lineage II goes gold !
Announced at the official site (www.lineage2.com)

NCsoft is proud to announce that Lineage II: The Chaotic Chronicle has reached gold master status in North America and will soon be on its way to retailers in the United States and Canada.

Lineage II will be available at a suggested retail price of US$49.99 and includes the first month of online game play. After the first month, players will be charged a monthly subscription fee of US$14.99. Sixty-day game time cards will also be available at many North American retailers for a suggested retail price of US$29.99.

The official launch date for Lineage II is April 28.

Three more servers
Gustin, the sixth server is up and running and soon two more will be up, Devianne and Hindemith which will make it to totally eight servers, good work NC !

Massive interest
No one expected something like this, just at the official boards over 70 000 people have created an account, even if I don't have any numbers I would guess that over 100 000 open beta accounts have been created ! These are some fantastic numbers but it also means that the three servers are over-crowded, if you even manage to log in.

NCSoft will set up one more server (at least) during this week and we can expect more servers in the coming weeks. So have some patience if you fail to log in now, it will be better and also remember this is a beta, which means they test the server capacity and so.

Open beta and game release
The open beta will start in late March (which is now) or in the first weeks of April and it will end within three-four weeks, depending on how it goes, that means the game will be released in the turn of month april-may.

Lineage II section on Daily Lineage
I know there have been one here for some while but now im beginning to upload new stuff, there will come articles, guides and much more during the next months. Due to our agreement with NC we cannot publish any screenshots yet, however a massive gallery will open when the beta ends.
